After a long and tiring day, we just want to relax. Of course, we don't skip the steps of facial care, but we try to keep the entire process of cleaning, toning and moisturizing, as well as dedicated care, from taking too long.
Powder, mascara, blush and lipstick are mostly removed from the eyes with practical wipes for removing make-up or, more often, with face wash gel. But is that enough?
The secret to clean (and healthy) skin lies in thoroughness
Maybe you already know, but it's worth repeating; it is a myth that the skin must squeak under your fingers to be truly cleansed. If you already feel a tightening of your face after washing and drying, especially when moving your lips and eyebrows, it is very likely that, in addition to impurities, you have drawn much-needed moisture from your pores.
Another myth is that gels and foams are used to remove makeup. In fact, this type of product is used in the second step of cleansing, after removing make-up, when all the remains of powder and mascara must be washed off the skin.
One thing is certain - by applying quick solutions and aggressive facial cleansing products, you will not feel positive changes on your skin, but only long-term damage. Rather, invest in a high-quality, gentle preparation adapted to your skin type and condition, but also a few minutes more for a double facial cleansing.
First, remove makeup and impurities
Every morning or night face care routine should start with quality cleansing. Depending on the time of day, it rids the skin of accumulated sebum, remnants of night care, applied cosmetics, and small particles of impurities from the air. Micellar Solution Immortelle is gentle enough, but also effective on newly awakened skin, not yet burdened with makeup. Apply to the skin in a few strokes, then be sure to wash.
If you use waterproof mascara or lipstick, at the end of the day you will remove them most easily with the two-phase Micellar Solution 2in1 Immortelle , enriched with natural sesame oil and essential oil of immortelle. With one soaked pad (or cloth!) you will clean the eyelashes, the area around the eyes, the lips and the rest of the face in just a few strokes. Rub a small amount of the product into hard-to-reach areas, such as around the nose, and massage until you notice the milky color of the product.
Now prepare the skin in detail for further care
The second step actually represents a deeper, more thorough cleaning. In addition to the dissolved remains of makeup remover products and the makeup itself, you are now ridding the skin of all fats and impurities that always remain a little deeper in the pores.
The correct selection of cleaning products is crucial here. Choose according to the needs of your skin, so for mixed or oily skin choose Micellar Gel Immortelle, and for dry and sensitive Micellar Foam Immortelle. In addition to cleaning without drying out and feeling tight, they are enriched with a large proportion of valuable ingredients such as immortelle oil and aloe vera, which deeply nourish and soothe the skin.
Wet your face, apply foam or gel and wash it. To massage the product as well as possible, use your favorite facial cleanser, a konjac sponge or just your fingers. Wash yourself with lukewarm water, gently pat excess moisture with a clean towel, then apply toner. Your skin will shine, and each of its pores will be purified and ready for better, deep absorption of the following products - serum.
